Potatis (Potatos)

Glimminge, Sweden is where my Swedish grandfather came from and it is
where many of the relatives still live and farm. In his days they
farmed various grains like wheat and barely but these days it is all
potatos.

We had several good farm tours and learned a lot about the land and
